How will my product ship?

Haven Collection 

Pieces such as our Haven Coffee Tables, Chair, Loveseat, Sofa, and Sectional will ship via FedEx Home Delivery. All boxes in your order will be delivered to your front door on or around the date provided in the tracking link that you will receive once your items leave our warehouse in Phoenix, AZ. FedEx will not require a signature and is typically unable to assist in bringing boxes inside of homes or disposing of trash. In some instances, shipments may be delivered over a few days. If you're headed out of town around the estimated delivery date provided, FedEx can help you set a vacation hold for up to 14 days. If you already know that you'll be out of town for an extended period before ordering and would like to set a date for us to release your order to FedEx, reach out to us at support@hineighbor.com to coordinate a hold.

Dining Collection 

Our Dining Collection Sets and Tables will ship via Freight Shipping. If you've purchased a dining set & other furniture items, we will likely combine your other items on the pallet. Since the product is palletized, a carrier will reach out after the shipment date to coordinate a delivery date that best works for you. Dining chair orders without a table will ship the same as our Lounge items.

Sun Loungers

Sun Loungers will ship via Freight. Since the product is palletized, the carrier will reach out after the shipment date to coordinate a delivery date that best works for you.

White Glove Delivery

White glove delivery is available to purchase at checkout under the shipping methods. We currently offer white glove delivery & assembly for a % of your total purchase price in all 48 contiguous states. If you don't see a white glove option at checkout and would like a quote, please reach out to support@hineighbor.com!
