What happens if something goes wrong with my product?

In the event that something doesn’t feel or look right, please reach out to us at support@hineighbor.com. We can almost always provide a solution for you, whether it be replacing individual pieces, or exploring product care solutions based on your specific needs. In addition, we have a limited 3-year warranty on frames, hardware, cover craftsmanship, and foam. There is a 5-year limited warranty on the Sunbrella® fabric.
