They'll assist you with the return, and the best part is that it won't cost you a penny. We believe in providing excellent service, and that includes covering the cost of shipping on every return. We want you to have peace of mind knowing that returning your items won't put a strain on your wallet.

Now, let's talk about the condition of the items you're returning. We understand that accidents happen and sometimes an item might not be in the same condition as when it was delivered. If that's the case, there may be a potential 15% restocking fee. This fee is only applicable if the items are returned in poor condition, beyond what was initially disclosed during the return request process.
