Warranty Coverage

The Leedo Deck Chair & Ottoman carries a limited warranty covering material and workmanship defects, applicable in the U.S. and Canada for purchases from Neighbor or authorized sellers. Defects are abnormalities that compromise the product’s functionality or suitability for regular home use.

Coverage Details

Cushions and covers are guaranteed for five years from delivery against seam failures, and the Sunbrella® fabric against color loss, strength reduction, abrasion, or pilling under normal use and exposure.
Foam inserts within cushions are covered for five years against visible indentation or sag more than 3/4" without weight, size discrepancies over 3/4", or splitting/cracking with proper use and handling.
Teak and other elements like hardware and joinery are warranted for three years against physical or structural failures.

Neighbor’s Warranty Fulfillment

Neighbor will repair or replace defective components or products. The choice between repair or replacement is at Neighbor’s discretion. Replacements will match the current stock’s model, color, or style, which may vary from the original. Warranty service does not prolong the original warranty period or initiate a new one. Promotional items are limited to one warranty claim each.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered:

Normal wear and tear, including foam settling less than 3/4", surface and color changes due to aging or weather, and softness increase in foam and polyester fiber.
Foam and fiber oxidation from environmental exposure.
Damage from extreme weather, moisture, direct sunlight, heat, or fire.
Damage from chemicals, cleaners, or contact with damaging materials.
Issues with textile colorfastness or color matching.
Improper maintenance or storage.
Water damage, mold, or mildew.
Misassembly, accidents, misuse or abuse.
Minor cosmetic issues or natural wood variations.
Natural teak weathering or wood movement due to environmental conditions.
Personal sensitivities, preferences, or natural product scents.
Costs related to labor, installation, and shipping for warranty claims, unless specified otherwise.
