Warranty Coverage

The Trase Collection, featuring powder-coated stainless steel frames and Sunbrella cushions, is protected by a limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for purchases within the U.S. from Neighbor or authorized resellers. Defects in workmanship and materials refer to issues that compromise the product's structural integrity, functionality, or suitability for normal outdoor household use.

  • Sunbrella Cushions: Covered for five (5) years from the date of delivery against functional loss due to seam failures, and protection against color loss, strength diminution, abrasion, or pilling under normal use and exposure to outdoor conditions, including sunlight and mildew.
  • Cushion Foam Inserts: Warranted for five (5) years from delivery against visible sagging or indentation exceeding 3/4 inch without applied weight, dimensional irregularities beyond 3/4 inch, and splitting or cracking under normal use.
  • Stainless Steel Frame and Components: Covered for three (3) years from delivery against failures or deterioration that impede intended use, including structural or physical damage.

Neighbor limits its liability to the terms of this warranty and may request proof of purchase or inspection of the claimed defective product.

Neighbor’s Warranty Service

Neighbor will either repair or replace the defective product or part. The choice between repairing or replacing a part or product is at Neighbor’s discretion. Replacements will be of the current model or version, which may vary from the original. Warranty services do not extend the warranty period or start a new one. Warranty claims are limited to one per promotional item.


Exclusions from Warranty

Not covered are damages from:

  • Normal wear, tear, and usage impressions under 3/4 inch in cushion foam
  • Foam and fiber oxidation due to elemental exposure
  • Extreme climate or environmental conditions, moisture, direct sunlight, heat, or flame exposure
  • Damage from harmful substances or contact with rubber-like materials
  • Colorfastness, color matching, or textile variations
  • Improper maintenance, storage, or assembly
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect usage
  • Natural material weathering or elemental exposure effects
  • Loosening of bolts/joints over time
  • Individual allergies, sensitivities, or comfort preferences
  • Costs related to warranty claims, such as labor/installation and shipping, unless specified
