Bluff Lounge Collection - Limited Warranty

Who and what is covered?
The Bluff Lounge Collection, featuring SLVK Certified Teak Frames and Sunbrella fabric cushions, is protected by a limited warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty is valid in the U.S. and Canada for the original purchaser of a Neighbor product, either directly from Neighbor or an authorized reseller. A "defect in workmanship and materials" refers to any anomaly that makes the product unsound, malfunctioning, or otherwise unfit for its intended household use under normal conditions. Specifically:
- Cushions and covers are warranted for five (5) years from delivery against loss of functionality due to seam failures under normal household and outdoor use. The Sunbrella® fabric of cushions and covers is also warranted against becoming unserviceable due to color loss, strength degradation, abrasion, or pilling, from regular usage and normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals.
- Cushion foam inserts are warranted for five (5) years from delivery against visible indentation or sagging greater than three-quarters of an inch (3/4") not under load, any edge of the insert exceeding 3/4" from the standard dimensions, and splitting or cracking under normal use and handling.
- Teak frames and other components are warranted for three (3) years from delivery against physical or structural failure, damage, or deterioration that makes them unsuitable for their intended use.
Neighbor limits its liability to the terms of this warranty. Neighbor may request proof of purchase or other reasonable cooperation and reserves the right to inspect any product under a warranty claim. Modifications made to the product after purchase and commercial use will void this warranty.

What will Neighbor do under the limited warranty?
Neighbor will repair or replace any product or part found to be defective in material or workmanship. The choice between repairing or replacing a part or product is at Neighbor’s discretion. All warranty replacements will be with the model, version, color, or style of the product, part, or component available at the time of replacement, which may differ from the original. Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period or start a new one. There is a limit of one warranty claim per promotional product.
What isn’t covered by the limited warranty?
Exclusions from the limited warranty include:
- Ordinary wear and tear, such as normal impressions in cushion foam under 3/4", surface appearance changes and color fading due to aging and exposure to elements, and increased softness of foam & polyester fiber.
- Oxidation of foam and fiber due to element exposure, including color changes.
- Damage from extreme climate/weather conditions, standing water, prolonged moisture or sunlight exposure, flame or excessive heat.
- Damage from harmful substances (cleaners, lotions, pesticides, stains), or contact with rubber or similar materials causing damage or staining on veneer or painted surfaces.
- Non-matching colorfastness of textiles, or exact color matching to swatches or cuttings.
- Improper maintenance or storage.
- Issues like water stains/rings, infestation, mold, or mildew.
- Damage from mis-assembly, accidents, misuse or abuse, including sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments.
- Minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect the ordinary use of the product, including natural variations in color, grain, texture, character marks, and small cracks in natural wood.
- Natural weathering of teak, including color changes, and expansion and contraction of wood and joints due to weather exposure.
- Personal allergies, sensitivities, comfort preferences, conditions, and natural odors.
- Costs related to warranty service, like labor/installation and shipping, except where noted.
