XY Dining - Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

The XY Dining Collection, featuring aluminum cast tabletops and steel bases with e-coating/powder coating, as well as e-coated/powder-coated steel chairs, is backed by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for purchases within the U.S. and Canada made directly from Neighbor or through an authorized retailer. A "Defect in workmanship and materials" is defined as any anomaly that compromises the product's integrity, causing it to be unsound, malfunction, or become unsuitable for its intended domestic outdoor use under normal circumstances.

Specific Coverage:

1. Cushions and Covers:
   • Warranted for five (5) years from the date of delivery against functional loss due to seam failures under normal household use and outdoor conditions.
   • Sunbrella® fabric used in cushions and covers is warranted against becoming non-serviceable due to color fading, strength reduction, abrasion, or pilling from standard usage and normal exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals suitable for the intended applications.
2. Cushion Foam Inserts:
   • Warranted for five (5) years from the date of delivery against:
     • Visible indentation or sagging greater than three-quarters of an inch (¾") in the foam/fiber below the cover level, observable without applied weight;
     • Any edge of the insert deviating more than ¾" from specified dimensions;
     • Splitting or cracking under normal household use and proper handling
3. Aluminum Cast Tabletops and Steel Components:
   • Warranted for three (3) years from the date of delivery against physical or structural failures, damages, or deterioration that make them unfit for their intended use.

Neighbor limits its liability to the terms of this limited warranty. Proof of purchase or other reasonable cooperation may be requested, and Neighbor reserves the right to inspect any product submitted for a warranty claim. Modifications made post-purchase and commercial use of the product invalidate this limited warranty.

Covered Items:

The warranty covers all colors and configurations of the following XY Dining Collection items:

• XY Chair
• XY Table
• Additional items within the collection as specified

Warranty Service:

Neighbor will repair or replace any product or component found to be defective in material or workmanship. The decision between repairing or replacing a part or product is at Neighbor's discretion. Warranty replacements will match the available model, version, color, or style at the time of replacement, which may vary from the original item. Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period nor initiate a new warranty period. There is a limit of one warranty claim per promotional item.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, minor imperfections not affecting the product's use, natural variations in material, effects of weathering, and damages from extreme weather conditions, moisture, direct sunlight, heat, or harmful substances;
• Improper maintenance or storage, incorrect assembly, accidents, misuse, or abuse;
• Costs related to warranty claims, such as labor/installation and shipping, except as noted.
