Throw Pillow - Limited Warranty

Warranty Scope

This section of the warranty specifically addresses the textile and fiber insert components of throw pillows within the Neighbor collections. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser within the United States and Canada, covering products purchased directly from Neighbor or through an authorized retailer. It is designed to protect against defects in materials and craftsmanship that significantly impair the product's functionality for its intended use in normal household conditions.

Warranty Coverage Details:

Textile Covers:
- Covered for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery against functional loss due to seam failure under normal household use and outdoor conditions.
- The warranty for Sunbrella® fabric covers extends to protect against serviceability loss due to color fading, strength reduction, abrasion, or pilling from standard usage and exposure to conditions such as sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals, within customary usage limits.
Fiber Inserts:
- Warranted for five (5) years from the date of delivery against:
  - Significant indentation or sagging that is not attributable to normal settling or weight application;
  - Excessive deviation from specified dimensions that affects the pillow's appearance or function;
  - Splitting or cracking of the fiber material under normal use and proper care.

Neighbor's liability under this warranty is confined to the terms outlined here. Proof of purchase or other reasonable cooperation might be requested, and Neighbor reserves the right to inspect any product submitted for a warranty claim.

Warranty Service:

In the event of a defect in material or workmanship covered by this warranty, Neighbor commits to repairing or replacing the defective textile or fiber insert component, at its discretion. This warranty does not extend to the entire pillow if only the textile or fiber insert is affected. Replacements will be provided based on the models, versions, colors, or styles available at the time of claim processing, which may differ from the original product. This warranty service neither extends the original warranty duration nor starts a new warranty period. Claims are limited to one per promotional item.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to minor cosmetic imperfections and natural variations in textile colors or materials;
Damage from misuse, improper care, accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions and harmful substances;
Issues related to comfort preference, allergies, or sensitivities.
