Dweller Seating Collection - Limited Warranty

Scope of Warranty Coverage

This document outlines the limited warranty provided by Neighbor for its Dweller Lounge Collection, specifically covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada for the original purchaser of a Neighbor product bought directly from Neighbor or an authorized dealer. A "Defect in workmanship and materials" refers to any abnormality that compromises the product’s integrity, functionality, or suitability for normal household outdoor use.

Warranty Specifics:

Cushions and Covers:
- Guaranteed for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery against functional loss due to seam failures, under normal household use and outdoor conditions.
- Sunbrella® fabric used in cushions and covers is warranted against becoming unusable due to color loss, strength degradation, abrasion, or pilling from standard usage and exposure to conditions such as sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals, within reasonable limits.
Cushion Foam Inserts:
- Guaranteed for five (5) years from the delivery date against:
  - Visible indentations or sagging greater than three-quarters of an inch (¾") not caused by weight;
  - Any edge exceeding ¾" deviation from its dimensional specifications;
  - Splitting or cracking under normal use and handling.
    Teak and Other Components:
- Includes durasling seating bases, accent and seat-based cording, joinery, etc., warranted for three (3) years from delivery against failures, damages, or deterioration that impair their functionality for the intended use.

Neighbor's liability under this warranty is limited to the terms stated herein. Neighbor may request proof of purchase or other cooperation for warranty claims and reserves the right to inspect claimed defective products.

Items Covered Under Warranty:

Includes all colors and configurations of the Dweller Chair, Dweller Chair + Ottoman, and additional specified seating and table products within the Dweller Lounge Collection.

Warranty Service:

Neighbor will, at its discretion, repair or replace products or parts found to be defective in material or workmanship. The decision to repair or replace parts or products is solely at Neighbor's discretion. Replacement models, versions, colors, or styles will be based on availability at the time of warranty service, which may differ from the original product. Warranty services or replacements do not extend the original warranty period nor establish a new warranty period. Limit of one warranty claim per promotional product.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, minor imperfections not affecting product utility, natural color/grain/texture variations in wood, and effects of normal weathering;
Damage from extreme weather conditions, standing water, prolonged moisture exposure, direct sunlight, heat, or exposure to harmful substances;
Improper maintenance, storage, assembly; accidents; misuse or abuse;
Costs associated with warranty service, such as labor/installation and shipping, except as noted.
